Social Responsibility

By building a social mission into the DNA of our market-based strategies, we take steps to raise fund for Children's Art Supplies.

Royal Art Collection takes children`s Visual Art Development seriously. We would like to create awareness of the importance of Arts and Craft education in early childhood.

Therefore we decided to support a Hungarian Nursery Group by raising fund for their Arts and Craft Supplies. When our clients purchase any art work on our website, they automatically support the Nursery Group with £1 (1 British Pound).

We also initiated a partnership with International Art Suppliers, who can send Arts and Craft materials to the Nursery Group directly, or through us.

We hope to play an important role in children`s Arts and Craft education in long term, and expand our support in 2011 to other Childcare Organizations who are in need and wish to enjoy our sponsorship.

Our first donation has arrived to the Hedgehog Nursery Group in Hungary in February 2010. We have been informed that the children were excited and amazed when they opened the parcel. They found 19 different types of arts and craft materials in it. They immediately started using them, and promised to send us photo updates of their beautiful art pieces.

 

The Hedgehog Nursery Group had a bead workshop. The task was to create a colour pattern of the Hungarian flag: red, white and green, making sure it is in the right order. Being able to select the right colours from plenty of different coloured beads helps to improve the skill in early childhood which will be necessary later on in the school when they will learn to read and write.
